If you won't be needing Calxa for a number of months pausing is an alternative to cancelling. Pausing allows you to pause subscription payments until a future period when the subscription will automatically activate again.
Note 💬 Only a subscription payer can edit the subscription, this is usually the email address that receives the subscription invoices.
Note 💬 If you have subscribed to Calxa through the Xero app store, the Pause subscription option is not supported.
Sign in to Calxa and Navigate to:
Settings -> Billing & Admin -> Billing
This will open the Billing Management screen in a new browser tab.
Click the 3 dots menu next to the subscription you wish to pause and click Pause Subscription.
Choose an appropriate Pause until date and click PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION.
Note 💬 the date you choose here is when the next payment will be due. An email notification for the resumed payment will be issued 7 days prior to the date you have set. On the payment date, when that payment is captured, your subscription will automatically become active again.
Tip 💡You can un-pause your subscription at any time by clicking the SUBSCRIBE NOW button as shown in the Resubscribe Help article.
